By accessing or using Idea Score ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Idea Score provides AI-assisted analysis of product ideas and returns structured reports covering market context, competitor landscape, scoring breakdowns, charts, and related recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the ideas, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service, as well as any materials you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the business information and other content you submit. Reports and recommendations generated by Idea Score are based on the information you provide, and we do not guarantee that user-submitted content or generated output is complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byIdea Score and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Idea Score currently includes 1 free report for new accounts. Additional report generation is sold through prepaid credit packs, where one credit equals one report. Current pack pricing is 5 reports for $19, 20 reports for $59, 50 reports for $99.

  • Future prices may change with notice before new purchases
  • Credit packs are purchased upfront and applied to your account balance
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes on paid purchases
  • Non-payment or chargebacks may result in suspension of paid features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Reports, scores, and recommendations are informational tools only. They are not financial, legal, investment, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee market success.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEA SCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Idea Score, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your content

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Idea Score operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Idea Score regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
